NEW CLASSES AT THE COMMUNITY COLLEGE WOLLONGONG
We will be teaching three classes at The Community College in Wollongong starting from 4 February 2026. Please enroll for the term directly with the Community College.
Gentle Tai Chi & Qigong
Wednesday 10am - 11am
This class will focus on gentle qigong exercises to improve balance, joint mobility and mindful relaxation
Tai Chi for Beginners
Thursday 6pm-7pm
Learn the Tai Chi for Arthritis Form. This form is a great introduction to Tai Chi. It is suitable for everyone, but particularly helpful for those who want to improve their balance and joint mobility whether or not they currently have arthritis symptoms.
Tai Chi Continuers
Thursday 7pm-8pm
For those with some Tai Chi experience, we will be learning the Yang 24 Forms, and for more advanced students, the Combined 42 Forms.
