My Joint Tai Chi Program
This 12 week free course was developed by the University of Melbourne to help people with knee and hip pain, or knee and hip osteoarthritis. It uses a modified Yang 10 Form which is very similar to the Yang 8 Form we teach in our classes. Jenny Harrison also shows you some beautiful qigong exercises including our favourite Lotus Qigong.
