SPRING INTO TAI CHI

A four week short course by Five Islands Tai Chi to learn qigong and tai chi in the beautiful Wollongong Botanic Garden.
Time: 10am Thursday mornings in September

RHODODENDRON GARDENS SPRING FESTIVAL
Join us for a lovely Sunday morning session of qigong and tai chi at the Illawarra Rhododendron & Rainforest Gardens as part of their Spring Festival. The gardens are maintained by volunteers and they ask for a $5 donation to enter the gardens.

Time: 10.30am (the Gardens open at 10am)
